A healthy routine

Simple Steps to Prevent Decay

  • Brush twice a day Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste, and gently brush your tongue.
  • Clean between teeth daily Floss helps remove plaque and food from places a toothbrush cannot reach.
  • Choose smile-friendly foods Enjoy a balanced diet and limit frequent sugary snacks and drinks.
  • Keep regular checkups Professional exams and cleanings every six months help us catch small changes early.
  • Ask about extra protection Sealants can protect back teeth, while a custom mouthguard helps safeguard an active smile.

If it has been six months since your last checkup, this is a good time to get back on track. We are happy to help you take the next step at a pace that feels comfortable.
